Judicial Review-Whether the correct procedure was followed by the Board and personnel committee of the Merl Grove High School in the dismissal of principle-Whether the members of the personnel committee who presided over the disciplinary hearing were tainted with bias-Whether the members of the committee made prejudicial statements prior to and during the disciplinary hearing that rendered the proceedings unfair and contrary to the principles of natural justice and breach of the claimant's right to a fair hearing-Whether the decision of the Appeals Tribunal to uphold the decision of the Board is irrational.
